Yuzu & Lemon Marmalade

My yuzu tree produced fruit for the first time this year, so naturally i had to cook up a batch of marmalade.

I mixed the yuzu fruit 50:50 with lemon (also from my own tree) and I was able to set this marmalade without any added pectin. It's a thin cut style marmalade.

This is a limitted, seasonal batch. Once it's gone, it's gone.
