Plum & Chilli

Plum & Chilli

Sweet, then heat. And it keeps on coming.
Our Plum & Chilli Fruit Paste starts with the rich, juicy sweetness of ripe plums - then the chilli kicks in. Not all at once, but with a slow, satisfying burn that lingers just the right amount.

It’s a perfect match for creamy cheeses like brie, camembert, or chèvre. Want to turn up the heat? Pair it with hard cheeses like aged cheddar or Gruyère for a seriously spicy flavour punch.

🌶 Medium to hot chilli heat with a delayed kick
🧀 Pair with creamy soft cheese or bold hard cheese
🍇 Sweet and spicy, made for adventurous palates

Helping Aussie stone fruit farmers salvage a less-than-perfect plum harvest

QLD grown plums are available between November and April, which also happens to be when we can get some wild weather. We are always happy to welcome hail damaged or otherwise imperfect plum into our production kitchen.

Perfectly delicious

I don't like tomato sauce so I use this Plum & Chilli as a base on my pizzas. It's delicious and my friends agree. I've been buying and using it for years and it lasts longer than the expiry date so don't discard it too soon. I buy multiple jars at a time so I never run out. The little jars are small, but that allows it to keep fresh for longer.
