Orange & Cinnamon Myrtle Marmalade - A Festive Orchard Creation

This seasonal release is made entirely with sweet oranges from my own orchard. I’ve long wanted to showcase the uniquely warm, aromatic flavour of cinnamon myrtle, and it finds the perfect partner in juicy oranges.

The result is a sweet marmalade with a festive twist: bright, citrusy, and lightly spiced.

 Spread it on warm sourdough, swirl it through yogurt, or pair it with Christmas baking for a flavour that feels like the holidays.
