We source our rhubarb for this award-winning relish farm direct from the Toowoomba area and work with rhubarb stems that are too skinny, too short, too green, broken or hail damaged.

Giant, knobbly beetroot from the Scenic Rim region make for a wonderful combination.

How to enjoy?

Like most relish, this one is a little bit sweet with a savoury edge to it, making it ideal to add to your classic burger (veggie or meat).

It is also ideal for mixing through salads – especially a fresh and crispy (cole)slaw – to add subtle sweetness and gorgeous colour.
