Lemons for this product are sourced from a chemical-free farm in the Mary Valley in South East Queensland. Farmer Malcom and his wife look after 400 Eureka lemon trees, as well as Lime and Macadamia trees. Malcom’s farm is only 10 minutes from our production kitchen and we think that this proximity is the secret to our delicious product.
We use up all those lemons Malcom can’t sell otherwise; lemons that grew too large or into wonky shapes, and lemons that have scars on their skin. We love them all!
We also recently partnered with a Meyer lemon farmer, based in the Noosa Hinterlands to help us with our ugly lemons supply.
