Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is famous for its strawberry farms and we have formed a wonderful friendship with one local strawberry growing family. They call us whenever they have spare berries they don’t want to see to go to waste. Those strawberries might be undersized, oversized, heavily rained on, hail damaged or rejected for some other reason. We collect the berries farm direct and take them straight into our kitchen for preparation.
The limes in this spread come from Malcoms spray free farm in the Mary Vally. We work with large, yellow limes that are too ripe to sell to the shops.
