Our strawberries are sourced direct from a Sunshine Coast family farm. The strawberries we use are perfectly ripe but are a little over or undersized. Our Pure Strawberry spread is extra fruity in taste and perfect for toast, scones, pancakes and sponge cake fillings.

Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is famous for its strawberry farms and we have formed a wonderful friendship with one local strawberry growing family. They call us whenever they have spare berries they don’t want to see to go to waste. Those strawberries might be undersized, oversized, heavily rained on, hail damaged or rejected for some other reason. We collect the berries farm direct and take them straight into our kitchen for preparation.
