Ruby Grapefruit Marmalade Cookies

Ingredients

1/3 cup soft butter
2/3 cup raw sugar
1 egg
6 tbs Ruby Grapefruit Marmalade
1.5 cups self raising flour

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cream together butter and sugar. Then add the egg
Add the marmalade and flour
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Don’t over crowed your tray, the cookies will expand during baking
Bake for around 10 minutes
Cool on a wire rack
