Quince Glaze

  • 1 jar (100ml) of Quince Paste
  • 200ml apple cider vinegar
  • 50ml olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Scoop the quince paste into a small saucepan.
  2. Add the vinegar, oil and salt and heat up slowly.
  3. Stir till quince paste has dissolved, then take off the heat.
  4. Brush your glaze over meats such as duck, ham, chicken or lamb before and during roasting in the oven. Quince glaze is also delicious to be used as a cooking liquid for carrots or to be poured over oven roast vegetable.
